To ensure consistency and quality in the return process, all items sent back must be in their original condition. Products should be unused, unworn, and free from any signs of damage or alteration. Items that show evidence of wear, including stains, residues, scents, or any form of usage, may not be accepted. All original components must also be included with the return, such as tags, labels, packaging materials, and any decorative or functional attachments that were part of the original delivery. Each returned item is carefully inspected upon arrival at the warehouse to confirm that it meets the required standards. If an item does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.

When products are sold as part of a set or bundle, all included pieces must be returned together in order for the return to be processed successfully. Missing components may result in the return being declined or only partially accepted. Any original packaging that accompanied the product should also be included whenever possible. If an item arrives in a damaged or defective condition, customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating the return so that the issue can be documented and handled appropriately.

Certain product categories are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory considerations. These may include items such as undergarments, intimate accessories, cosmetic-related protective items, and other personal-use products. After returned items are received at the warehouse, a processing period of approximately twenty business days is required for inspection and verification. During this time, the returned items are reviewed against the original order details to ensure they meet all return criteria. To maintain fairness and operational sustainability, return activity may be monitored to identify patterns of excessive or unusual behavior. Returns that appear fraudulent or abusive, such as sending back used items or attempting to return products not originally purchased, may result in account restrictions or further action where necessary.

Customers remain responsible for the items until they are successfully received and recorded at the returns facility. For this reason, secure packaging is strongly recommended to prevent damage during transit. Retaining proof of shipment is also advised in case tracking verification is required. Each order should ideally be returned separately, as combining multiple orders into a single package may slow down processing or result in complications during inspection.
